A Sound Bath and Meditation afternoon with Tracey and Brenda

Tickets £20.00. 1.00 pm – 3.15 pm

Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative afternoon when you will learn about the benefits of sound therapy using Tibetan and crystal bowls.
There will also be a 25 minute guided meditation followed by a 45 minute sound Bath.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water
